A symposium titled “Discovering Identity Through Culture, Literature and History” is jointly organized by Umran Green Perspective Foundation, Ibn Haldun University (IHU), EFL University Foundation, Colombia and EFL University, Regional Campus, Shillong, India. The two-day symposium will be held online via Zoom platform on March 27-28.
According to the organizers, UMRAN – 2021 international symposium is aiming at bringing three continents (Europe, Asia and Latin America) together in the academic milieu encouraging communication in society and inspiring humanity to achieve peace and prosperity.
English will be the medium of communication and paper presentation of the four-session symposium which are titled “Identities and Resistance: Re-thinking History,” “Identity in the Post-human,” “Writing Identity: Identity and Text,” “Global Citizenship and Universal Identity: Is it a possibility?”.
