Alumni Speaker series is organized to inspire our current students and researchers, to show them what they may encounter on their career paths, and to illustrate how different academic traditions shape our intellectual landscape.
For the very first session of our newly initiated “Alumni Speaker” series, we are delighted to welcome our distinguished alumnus, Mr. Abdurrahman Mihirig—currently pursuing his doctoral studies at the Chair of Late Antiquity and Arabic Philosophy at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich—he will share the unique perspectives he has recently developed in the final stages of his doctoral dissertation on the concept of “ma‘dûm” (nonexistence). He will also have the opportunity to discuss the international academic experiences, scientific collaborations, and various research methodologies he has embraced since graduating from our institute.
